I am so, so happy to welcome you to another edition of Burger Night.
Every Wednesday, a new kofta burger juuuust for you. Tonight, wow, alright, here we go: teriyaki glazed kofta burger, fried oyster mushrooms, toasted black sesame mayo, pickled daikon, butterhead lettuce, green onion, @allegrohearthbakery sesame bun. AND, there’s more, tonight it’s coming with wakame fries and sriracha mayo. As usual, you can get some regular fries or za’atar fries, and you can have it dining in with us, or take it to the comfort of your own home. Phew. That’s all. See ya in a moment.

Every Wednesday our kitchen practices deep meditation to arrive at a delicious nirvana of culinary indulgence. @jojokiefer is testing recipes for the new menu at the Warehouse and this week’s burger is a version of a vegan burger that will be going on the menu at the new location.
SSBC - Burger #42: Black bean burger / cashew nacho cheese / winter salsa / fried onions (the fried onions are not vegan, but we plan on making it all vegan on the new menu)
Inside the house made burger patty: black beans, smoked mushrooms, grilled onions, griddled garlic, cumin, coriander, cashews, silken tofu, Dijon mustard, panko, flax seed
Nut allergies: There are cashews in the burger patty and the nacho cheese.
